Equipped with high-quality glass lenses for normal and zoom exposures, and a fast 4.2 mega-pixel CCD sensor, the Polaroid PDC-4355 4.2 MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom is the perfect camera for the photographer looking for point-and-shoot simplicity with powerful optical performance. The glass lens system allows for exposures from 15 centimeters to infinity, including 3x optical and 4x digital zoom modes. The PDC-4355 also includes three image quality modes plus video-clip functionality.
This Polaroid digital camera features an auto-focus function, macro mode, and a built-in flash with four modes including; off, on, auto, and red-eye. The PDC-4355 comes with a 16-megabyte built-in flash memory for storing your pictures and video clips, which can be expanded using any commercially available SD (Secure Digital) card up to 256 megabytes. This camera supports Print Image Matching, so images recorded with it include information about the mode setting, camera setup, etc. This means when you print with a printer that supports Print Image Matching, the printer will adjust the image so that it comes out just the way you intended when you recorded it, giving you ultimate control of your photos.
You can easily transfer your images to your computer via an included USB cable, using PhotoImpression 5.0 (also included). PhotoImpression 5.0 will not only automatically launch your desktop, but will automatically detect any new photos in your camera and allow you to start transferring them to your computer by simply clicking the OK button. Powered by two AA batteries (included), this handy little camera includes everything that will allow you to be taking pictures within minutes of receiving it.
